salanova® salad flower
The Salanova® Salad Flower stands out for its unique flavor profile and aesthetically refined presentation. It is a premium variety, with a compact head resembling a flower, and many more leaves than common lettuces.
THE SPECIALS
The specials include product varieties with exotic flavors and original leaf shapes, such as amaranth, veined sorrel, and nasturtium, allowing anyone to experience everything nature has to offer with all five senses.
MICROGREENS
These are young and tender seedlings of various species of vegetables or aromatic herbs. They have an intense flavor and give recipes a great visual presence. In addition to being considered a superfood for their nutritional value, they are highly appreciated by haute cuisine chefs.
