Agricooltur® has developed a scalable technology that can be integrated into systems for limited production for almost domestic use, as well as into large production facilities capable of exceeding 500,000 units per year.

Currently, the Agricooltur® Systems Catalog is divided into four major families, each designed to meet specific customer targets. These have been joined, starting in September 2025, by the innovative Start2Grow systems.

START2GROW

Start2Grow is the new solution designed for those who wish to start a vertical farming business in a simple, fast, and sustainable way. It is an out-of-soil, modular, and fully automated system that makes vertical farming accessible to everyone, even without agronomic expertise.

Start2Grow is also offered on the market through operational leasing, a formula that will facilitate the widespread and accessible adoption of vertical farming technologies.

Agricooltur® Modular Systems represent a modular indoor vertical farming solution, capable of adapting to any space and any need: a flexible architecture that transforms even unexpected places into productive ecosystems.

Modular systems can be installed in industrial warehouses, storage facilities, garages, or cellars, restoring value and life to forgotten spaces.

Each system recreates the ideal conditions for germination, growth, and plant maintenance, thanks to the integration of advanced hydroponic and aeroponic technologies, managed by a single central intelligence.

Designed to adapt to different production scenarios—from small urban facilities to structured agricultural operations—the Plant systems harmoniously integrate various technological solutions within an environment with advanced microclimate control, allowing for the regulation and optimization of every environmental variable.

Available in different sizes, the Plant is the production site composed of Industry 4.0 Ready systems Aeroshell and Aerosmart.

Aeroshell is a state-of-the-art microclimatic structure that, through a sophisticated sensor system, provides precise control of the internal environment, including temperature and humidity regulation. The glass-glass photovoltaic panel and the cultivation water recovery system make the greenhouse almost entirely self-sufficient in terms of energy and resources. It includes the germination chamber and lighting systems, climate control and hydraulic systems. Inside, in addition to technical rooms, a social and meeting area can be created.

The Hortus line from Agricooltur® offers out-of-soil cultivation solutions on a reduced scale, ideal for elegant and intimate environments.
Both reduce waste and enable efficient production even in small spaces.

Agricooltur® provides online assistance through its operations center. Thanks to the connection of Aerosmart systems to company servers, a specialized team can perform remote readings and checks, guiding customers in resolving any technical issues. Additionally, it offers targeted agronomic consulting, ranging from fertilization optimization to corrective actions on cultivation parameters.
