Aerosmart is Agricooltur’s automated technological system consisting of growth tanks containing a hydraulic circuit which, thanks to capillary-positioned nebulizers, provides plant roots with the necessary water and nutrients.

The control of environmental parameters and production cycles is managed through dedicated software, accessed via an easy-to-use touch graphic interface. This optimizes the quality and quantity of the cultivated products, ensuring greater efficiency.

Based on algorithms that analyze ambient temperature, humidity, and the plant’s vegetative stage, the system regulates the frequency and intensity of misting cycles, nutrient parameters, and growth lighting, allowing even those without specific agronomic skills to manage production in complete autonomy.

The entire Industry 4.0 Ready system is connected 24/7 to Agricooltur servers, which offer customers a remote assistance service with monitoring and verification actions, including the possibility of remote intervention.

Water is misted onto the plant roots, and the excess is recovered, collected, and recirculated. Condensation water from the greenhouse is also recovered and used for misting.

The absence of soil and the closed water cycle in the aeroponic cultivation system allow the plant to be provided only with the nutrients it needs for healthy and constant development.

pre-seeded pods

Agricooltur® produces ready-to-use pre-seeded pods to be placed on special trays. The seeds are already inserted into a natural substrate that guarantees optimal humidity and aeration conditions from germination.

EBB & FLOW GERMINATION

Agricooltur® uses the Ebb & Flow system both in synergy with aeroponics to optimize specific growth phases and in autonomous systems designed according to production and environmental needs. Roots grow in ebb and flow environments, favoring the absorption of water and nutrients.

Patented Aeroponic Technology

Agricooltur® has developed a proprietary technology that mists water and nutrients directly onto the roots, which are suspended in the air inside dedicated tanks.
Thanks to digital control of irrigation, lighting, and nutrition, the patented Aerosmart system maximizes crop yield and quality, adapting to every type of plant and space.

always everything under control

Every system is connected and automated. An easy-to-use touch interface allows for remote or local monitoring, with intelligent management of cycles and parameters. Even without agronomic expertise, it is possible to produce independently, achieving professional results.

pod production

Agricooltur® has internally developed an automated production system for pre-seeded pods on a coconut fiber substrate, with a shelf life of approximately 6 months. All Agricooltur® systems can be monitored and receive remote assistance, thus benefiting from Industry 4.0 incentives, allowing even those without specific agronomic training to use the systems independently after brief training.

To date, the pre-seeded pod production system is installed at the Green Hub in Osasio, with a total full-capacity of 10,000 pods/day.

remote assistance

All Agricooltur® systems can be monitored and receive remote assistance, thus benefiting from Industry 4.0 incentives, allowing even those without specific agronomic training to use the systems independently after brief training.

Through proprietary software, Agricooltur® agronomists and technical staff monitor environmental and nutrient parameters, with the ability to intervene remotely in real time for all necessary adjustments.
